My Rates

High School Language Arts Coaching (all grades and courses):

$70/hour for an online session, and an additional $70/hour for any necessary session preparations.

Session preparations include

– reading the selections students are assigned so we can discuss them in depth

– reading and providing feedback on student writing

– communicating with the Language Arts teacher

– preparing supplementary materials to assist student learning

Transitions from High School to Post-Secondary Coaching:

$90/hour for an online session, and an additional $90/hour for any necessary session preparations. Session preparations at the post-secondary level are likely to be necessary only when I am assisting with a first year English course and could include

– reading the selections students are assigned so we can discuss them in depth

– reading and providing feedback on student writing

– preparing supplementary materials to assist student learning
